In the bible, Adam and Eve were told by god not to eat from the tree of "Knowledge of good and evil." But when they were sitting under a tree, the devil in the shape of a snake, persuaded the two to eat a apple from the tree, and god caught them and banished them to the real world.

Adam is apart of the story "Adam and Eve" from the old testament in the bible. Adam was first human, along with Eve. Adam doubted gods trust, and instead trusted a tree.
