flip a coin, if heads the attacking pokemon will stare into the defending opponent's eyes. the defending pokemon will have a will to stare back, while the attacking and defending opponents stare into each other's eyes the defending pokemon will than feel a blazing, stinging pain burning in him. this attack leaves the defanding opponent unable to respond for a long period of time and will feel the fiery sensation for a short period of time, though the defending opponent will feel a fiery pain every few seconds for a while.
