It uses this Power to Creepy out the enemy Pokemon. It gets to the highest Part that so called "Made kids die". Its a one shoot attack.

Attack 2 : "True Form"
It goes into a nightmarish form and it becomes that "True form" as long as its still in battle. This attack doesn't do to much damage to the enemy but it still takes damage. Flip a Coin... If you get tails this attack does 10x more damage
