Flip a coin. If heads, the opponent's pokemon is now confused and blind. They have to flip 2 coins, one to see if the pokemon can use an attack, and the other one to see if the attack hits. If tails, the opponent only goes blind.

Attack 2 : Charge/Thundershock
When charging, remove all damage counters from 3DS. Then wait until your next turn. When it's your turn again, this attack does 30 damage times how many damage counters were on 3DS when it was charging.
