Flip 3 coins. If the first coin is heads, Angry Electivire does 80 damage to the opposing pokemon but 10 damage to its self. If the second one is heads, Angry Electivire does 60 damage to the opposing pokemon and 20 damage to all oponents benched pokemon. If the last coin is heads, all of the oponents pokemon are knocked out and unless the opponent has a basic pokemon in his/her hand that they can play then you win.
