This nifty light piece of armor can slide on to your Pokemon. The armor will keep you safe up until 60 HP absorbed, then the armor will break. The damage will NOT carry through your pokemon, so a 70 damage attack will just break the armor, but no physical damage to the target. Resistance to fighting cause, well, no duh.
