Every turn you take, you flip a coin. If the coin lands on heads, next turn your bomb throw does twice it's normal damage.

Attack 2 : Bomb throw
Flip a coin. If heads, then the enemy pokemon is on fire. if you got heads flipping the coin using the fire up, then the enemy pokemon will always be burned whatsoever.
