Rosseau belifes that everyone is born free and equal and there is no need for a leader. He says that having a leader just causes kaos and makes them not equal to the rest of the people.

Attack 2 : The social contract
Rossqeau suggest a contract were everyone is equal and there is no leader. All decision would be voted on by everyone. Each person has to follow the general will.

Comments : There would be no freedom if the same man or the same group of men controlled those three powers at once. This man or group of men would have complete control over all parts of the law.
