Attack 1 : Impulse
When using this attack, Deoxys will send electrical impulse to the prey's brain. The electrical impulse will travel the same way as nerve impulse. The sequence for this attack, goes as followed: Polarization of the neuron's membrane: Polarization of the neuron's membrane, Resting potential, Action Potential, Repolarization, Hyperpolarization, and Refractory period. For each time a neuron send the electrical impulse to the brain, it dies. Once the electrical impulse reaches the brain, it will fry the brain until there is nothing left.
