His voyage that we was on a journey to was to South America. He wanted to claim land but first he had to kill the Inca Empire to claim that part of South America. After the war against the Inca Empire, they were able to claim that land because they defeated the Inca Empire. But Francisco decided to move up a little further to the north. After he claimed the land he got murdered by a guy named Diego de Almagro.
