Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed and takes 120 dmg. Electric type Pokémon, those with the ability Limber or those behind a Substitute cannot be paralyzed. A strong electrical attack that may also leave the foe paralyzed.

Comments : Mega Raichu are often VERY ACTIVE and nowadays are mostly found in the wild PERMANENTLY Mega evovled.
