If the opponent has a fire pokemon, the opponent then get half its Hit Points taken away. If lightning, this attack does 40 damage to you and 20 damage to the opponent. If neither then this only does 30 damage.

Attack 2 : Blue to Red
This attack can work only if you have 50 Hit Points or under. And if you do, you can certainly do 50 damage to the opponent. If the opponent has more than half of the opponent's Hit Points, then it does doubles the damage.
