He was able to unite a series of German states into one empire. He build a strong state with one national identity. He decreased the power of other powers such as the catholic church and he he tried to stop socialism.

Attack 2 : Two-Face
He provoked war between Austria and German allies. Prussia won the war and Bismarck turned around and tried to be friends with Austria.

Comments : Weakness: Lack of total authority. Bismarck always had someone over him. This ultimately led to his downfall when he resigned over a disagreement with Wilhelm II.
