Kamek will shoot magic beams at you with his wand. If heads, he will do it multiple times. If tails, he will only do it once. It will also have a chance of burning, or poisining the opponents pokemon.

Attack 2 : Staff Hit
He will hit the opponents pokemon with his staff, making the world revolve (lol j.k.). If heads, he will do double damage. If tails, he only does 10 damage.

Pokémon-EX rule : If he is taken down, he can heal himself for 30 HP, but you can only do it once.
