Flip a coin. If heads, the oppenent's pokemon faints. If tails, all opponent's pokemon loose 1/4 of their health (If heads and the opponent's pokemon is fighting, it does both, on tails, it does neither. If the opponent's pokemon is psychic, this move only ever does the tails outcome)
