Samuel de Champlain did a lot of good for France. He colonized for them and mapped out land for them. Which aloud France to try to find a water route to India.

Attack 2 : Bad
Samuel de Champlain had to do bad stuff to accomplish his tasks. By colonizing he destroyed the environment, but even worse at Lake Champlain he killed off the Iroquois Indian Tribe.

Comments : I don't think Samuel de Champlain tried to make the bad stuff to happen.
