The Shadow moves it's body into the body of it's opponent, controlling it for three turns. During that time the Pokemon does damage to itself, due to Shadow possessing it.

Attack 2 : Psycho
Shadow goes inside of the mind of the opponent, making it go into a nightmare realm. The Pokemon does not know reality from imaginary in this state. The Pokemon feels the pain of what happens in the Nightmare realm, but no actual damage is done. Paralyzing the Pokemon for up to five rounds.
