Flip a coin until tails. Add tools or armor based on the number of heads if no heads are fliped remove all tools and armor from Steve. If heads is flipped once add a wooden tool, twice add one stone tool, three times add one gold tool or armor, four times add one iron tool or armor, five times add one diamond tool or armor. If heads is flipped more then five times add any tool for every flip over five regardless if the requirements are met.
