If your opponent flips a coin and it lands on tails, put one madness counter on that pokemon. Madness counters stack to three. 1 counter= 10 damage when swapped with a benched pokemon. 2 counters=20 damaged when swapped with a benched pokemon. 3 counters= 30 damage when swapped with a benched pokemon and they have to flip a coin on swap in. If tails, that pokemon is inflicted with insanity( the opponent has to flip a coin before they attack. If tails, their attack does nothing.
