The targeted poke'mon is now Wae-Wee's slave and will do anything she tells him to.

Comments : Wae-Wee isn't her real name, but everyone has forgotten her name, so she takes out her anger on her targets. She's only fierce while in a fight, outside the battle field she's pretty nice.
