if killed, it steals opponents pokemon power thus preventing the opponents pokemon from getting up for 10 minutes

Attack 2 : terror
makes an illusion in which the pokemon is trapped in and the opponents pokemon has to run away from the illusion. if the opponents pokemon doesnt make it the opponents pokemon gets 50% of its health thus not getting up till attack wears off.
